Tengo más de 5 años en la plataforma y la peor de las sucursales es esta a partir de qué cambiaros sus chicos de administración. La chica de recepción es grosera y pedera.
Me generaron un adeudo de 4 meses (más de $2,00) porque activaron mi cuenta sin mi consentimiento, sabiendo que en pandemia cerraron y buscaron congelar las cuentas para que los usuarios no la cancelarán. A lo chino la activaron me endeudaron y pésima atención al intentar reactivarla. Ojo!!!! Lástima Smart ?
Big disappointment!
I have been on the platform for more than 5 years and the worst of the branches is this one from which you can change your administration guys. The girl at the reception is rude and pedera.
They generated a 4-month debt (more than $2.00) because they activated my account without my consent, knowing that in a pandemic they closed and sought to freeze the accounts so that users would not cancel it. They activated it in a Chinese way, they put me in debt and bad attention when trying to reactivate it. Eye!!!! Too bad Smart ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí me gusta mucho la sucursal, no es muy grande pero está bien equipada. El estacionamiento es poco caro, pero puedes estacionarte aún lado en Chedraui. La hora menos concurrida entre semana es a las 11 am.
I really like the branch, it's not very big but it's well equipped. Parking is a little expensive, but you can still park to the side on Chedraui. The least crowded time on weekdays is at 11 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta pero el peso libre está SIEMPRE lleno de gente. No importa la hora que łlegue, nunca encuentras el tiempo para hacer tu rutina.
En un día me confíé en la página donde te indica el aforo llegué en dos diferentes horarios y para nada, igual de lleno.
Unos cuantos acaparan los aparatos, bancas y asientos y te ponen cara si intentas compartir. Obvio, uso el desinfectante pero aún así, es complicado. Deberían de ampliarlo hacia el espacio donde se daban clases, por ejemplo.
Si, también he ido a otros y parece ser el común denominador, peso libre lleno.
De ahí personal amable y servicial, todo limpio.
