Experience: it's a new gym so all the equipment is new, depends on the schedule you go the amount of people you will find, there could be plenty of people on the rush hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All you can need from a gym. Is clean and neat. The staff is friendly and helpful, you get free parking. However this place is most of the time packed! You need to go through all the shopping center to get to the 3rd floor and a fly of stairs. Washrooms are clean.
