Fui a pedir informes y un chico atendiendo a otros, y otro en el celular, viendo tiktok....
Estuve fácil 20 minutos esperando a que el chico se desocupara.
Recuerden que la experiencia que le brindamos al consumidor es la base de el negocio.
No amarguen la experiencia.

I went to ask for information and a boy attending to others, and another on the cell phone, watching tiktok....
I was easy 20 minutes waiting for the guy to vacate.
Remember that the experience we provide to the consumer is the basis of the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like Galerias Monterrey it’s not what it used to be. The stores are just not as nice as before. I also just don’t like that you have to pay the parking. They should do something because nowadays the retails are decreasing with the increase of a lot of brands and companies going online. The internet is taking over all these ways of shopping and if you add the fact that malls in Monterrey are making it harder by doing things such as charging for park, it will just be broke in few more years. I give it 7 years max to this mall to disappear.
