1 el bronceado no sirve desde octubre del año pasado, cuando contrate la membresía dijeron que en 15 días lo arreglaban. Ya son 7 meses
2. Estamos en PANDEMIA y a alguien se le ocurrió cambiar la regla de mantener la puerta ABIERTA. Ahora la cierran y están generando un foco de contagio de COVID al no haber ventilación. Mal mal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya hay demasiada gente, no se puede entrenar sin que te interrumpan o te estorbe los demás clientes, huele mal al interior del área de pesas, los instructores no están atentos de qué cada cliente que usa mancuernas o discos de pesas las regrese a su lugar, los bancos de peso integrado son insuficientes para la cantidad de gente que va y además muchos se encuentran rotos de las vestiduras. Yo recomendaría otras sucursales
There are already too many people, you can't train without being interrupted or disturbed by other clients, it smells inside the weight area, the instructors are not attentive that each client who uses dumbbells or weight plates returns them to their place , the integrated weight benches are insufficient for the number of people who go and also many are torn from the clothes. I would recommend other branches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud del personal que estuvo hoy. No se puede hacer el registro para acceso de usuario black, tal vez no quería dar el acceso manual. Pretende que vayamos a otra sucursal por hacerle ver la falla en la unidad. Al parecer no es la primera vez que hay dificultades en el acceso para usuarios black foráneos. Ojalá el líder regional tome acciones por la falla del equipo de acceso que ni siquiera reconoce el correo del usuario.
