Very helpful. Cheap car worked just fine. No scams attempted and that's always nice in Mexico.

Car broke down, not safe to drive, gear stick had to be held in place while driving, no seat belts and doors didnt work. They then charged us $15,000 to fix their rubbish car.

HORRIBLE customer service. We rented a car which was absolutely disgusting on the inside, only to find out the blinker, gas meter, speedometer are all broken. When asked to exchange for another car they allowed us to use a keep while fixing our car and wouldn’t allow us to swap cars. They were incredibly rude about the process, and haggled for every dollar they could get. Just don’t waste your time here.

These guys were great to work with. Alberto gave us a great deal and handed us off to Jorge and Erik to do the paperwork. Erik personally dropped off the Jeep at our Airbnb and armed us with maps and recommendations. I think all their jeeps are manual transmission, which we are super familiar with, so it wasn't a problem at all driving through the city and other backroads, but if you don't know how to drive a stick shift, then you will want to specifically ask about an automatic. The jeep is pretty bare bones, no radio or anything. That just added to the fun because we had to make our own tunes by signing at the top of our lungs just cruising through the jungle. So fun!!!

Up front: a Jeep in terrible shape with the insurance is going to cost you $80. 1. Said all insurance was included when paying, after paying the initial price, they told me it did not include collision, and it was additional. 2. The "jeep" was an absolute pile of s**t, seat belts did not work, Speedometer didn't work, no rearview mirror, and wouldn't go into 1st gear most of the time. Mechanically, the car felt like it was going to fall apart at any moment. 3. Got me from point A to B but honestly turned it back in halfway through the rental because it just felt unsafe to keep riding. 4. Would be 1 star but Alejandro was very nice.

We arrived to cozumel at the port we met a guy offering scooter to rent. We have followed him in his office. A man was there and gived to us a scooter at 20 dollar a day telling us it was a special price becouse the normal one was 40 dollars a day. We took the scooter and went away. In the street we found out it was very dangerous becous broken inside handlebar. We call them to change it and after various prayers they change it. Unother scooter orrible like the first. They made a lot pictures around the scooter. When we canback to deliver it they came out in four persons one more orrible than unother and immediatly found under the front light plastic that was broken. It was'nt visible without to know first. They said we have broken it but they well know it was broken already(maybe thei do it for a reason) before give it to us. Their goal was nit give us back our deposit and maybe charge to us other money. We start to screem asking our deposit back. We told them to call the police and threatning to smash their face and scooter too. Finally after a war we got back our deposit. So please be carefull to them and don't rent nothing from them. They are thefs and crook thef! Stay aware from them

The car we received was in terrible conditions. Felt like the car was going to fall apart at any minute and we did not feel safe. The side mirrors were broken and couldn’t adjust them, the windshield wipers didn’t work, the speedometer didn’t work and the gears were really hard to change. We thought we just got unlucky but when we returned to the dealer there were other costumers complaining about their terrible experience with their cars, this is why I felt the need to write this review.

We went with this company for a car. Beware do not use them. The car was fine, old and beaten down but worked, however this company will try and overcharge you for everything and anything. They told us liability was included then told us that people would scratch the car if we didn’t upgrade it. They tried to rip us off for petrol and got really confrontational with us when ripping us off at the end, of course whilst holding a deposit as hostage over our head the entire time. I would seriously reccomend not using this company.
