★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no son comprometidos con su trabajo, son 3 personas en el lugar y se hechan la culpa entre ellos. Llevé a componer una tableta me dijeron que era la batería y que quedaría al siguiente día, cuando regrese por ella aún no estaba lista, regrese ese día más tarde por ella y la falla seguía, me dijeron que me fuera que en mi casa la cargará y cuando ya estuviera al 100 que le descargará una actualización (obvio les dije que no) les pedí me mostrarán la batería que le quitaron y me salieron con que no la tenía qué se la llevó el otro, le pedí que me abriera la tablet para ver qué pila le pusieron y no quería hacerlo, se lo exigí y me di cuenta que no le habían hecho nada, seguía teniendo los sellos de garantía.
 Terrible service, they are not committed to their work, there are 3 people in the place and they blame each other. I took a tablet to compose they told me that it was the battery and that it would be left the next day, when I returned for it it was not ready yet, I returned that day later for it and the failure continued, they told me to leave that at home it will charge it and when it was 100 that it would download an update (obviously I told them no) I asked them to show me the battery that they removed and they came up with that I did not have it, the other took it, I asked him to open the tablet for me See what battery they put in it and I didn't want to do it, I demanded it and realized that they hadn't done anything to it, it still had the guarantee seals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es un kiosko en el pasillo de la salida del Chedrahui.
Pésimo servicio. No lleven sus dispositivos a arreglar aquí. Parecen ser amables pero son irresponsables. Llevé un iPhone SE para un cambio de pantalla y además de tardar cinco horas, le rompieron el botón central. Al final no me cobraron el cambio de pantalla pero al romper el botón central ya nunca podré utilizar la huella de mi teléfono y tuve que llevar a otro lado a cambiar el botón central porque ellos se lavaron las manos diciendo que ellos no arreglaban eso.

Terrible service. Don't bring your devices to fix here. They seem to be nice but they are irresponsible. I took an iPhone SE for a screen change and in addition to taking five hours, they broke the center button. In the end they did not charge me for the screen change but by breaking the central button I will never be able to use the fingerprint of my phone and I had to move to another place to change the central button because they washed their hands saying that they did not fix that.
