★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el centro de servicio me atendieron excelente muy atento el agente, califico con 3 estrellas por la deficiencia en coordinación de información, perdí tiempo al acudir por una renovación que no pudieron procesar en sucursal por información incorrecta de servicio de renovación (vía telefónica) el servicio para mí fue bueno ahí pero hablando globalmente deja mucho que desear
At the service center, the agent gave me excellent care, very attentive, I rate 3 stars for the deficiency in coordination of information, I lost time when going for a renewal that they could not process at the branch due to incorrect information on the renewal service (by phone). service for me was good there but globally speaking leaves a lot to be desired
