★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio falla mucho me quiero cambiar pero lo que más me molesta es que no contesten el teléfono y si vas te dicen que ya están trabajando en el problema osea te mientes me quiero cambiar una semana sin internet y los niños pierden más clases
The service fails a lot I want to change but what bothers me most is that they do not answer the phone and if you go they tell you that they are already working on the problem I mean you lie I want to change a week without internet and the children miss more classes

Atención y seguimiento al cliente: PESIMO
Costo / Beneficio: Sale más caro aunque pagues menos que la competencia.
Es mejor pagar unos 100 o 200 pesos mas con la competencia que pasar corajes y apuros con el servicio que ellos ofrecen, ni la fibra óptica sirve.
Internet speed and stability: PESIMO
Customer service and monitoring: PESIMO
Cost / Benefit: It is more expensive even if you pay less than the competition.
It is better to pay about 100 or 200 pesos more with the competition than to go through anger and trouble with the service they offer, not even the optical fiber works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la velocidad es baja, se va el internet y no regresa en horas, no te resuelven nada. Tratan mal al cliente. Y no tienen la decencia de responder mínimo el teléfono.
Terrible service, the speed is low, the internet is gone and it does not come back in hours, they do not solve anything for you. They treat the customer badly. And they don't have the decency to even answer the phone.
