★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Experience! I walked in to Dr Emilio Mayo without an appointment. The place is VERY clean and he has an excellent selection to choose from. He gives a through exam. He speaks perfect English, was extremely helpful with my unique situation. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and I will be going back when I visit Playa in the future to renew my glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by another friend Mariana G. Good service, fair price and the optician speaks English but you may need Google translate or a Spanish friend to deal with the regular staff. I Got a pair of glasses and they gave me a free eye exam. Even helped me adjust my Sunglasses with a nose clip for free.

The really nice lady explained that they do not have an optometrist but was able to secure me an appointment for the next day with a wonderful optometrist who medicated and patched my eye to cure my scratched retina. I am very grateful for their help.
