En lo personal, uso regulador y No Break de la marca en cada habitación desde hace 5 años, y a la fecha su marca me salva de muchas fallas del sistema eléctrico, excelente calidad de productos.
Recientemente, tuve una fuerte descarga y lleve el aparato a revisión, se portaron súper amables conmigo y me dieron fecha tentativa de entrega 7 días, lo cual es bueno ya que con el uso de equipos por el Home Office, tiene alta demanda; sin embargo ellos son súper amables y comprometidos con el cliente.
