★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperaba más de su atención, de mala manera fui atendido, me entregaron mal impreso un trabajo, se molestaron cuando les notifique de los errores en la impresión , me entregaron tres horas después. No volvería a emplear su servicio.
I was expecting more from your attention, I was treated badly, they gave me a wrongly printed job, they got upset when I notified them of printing errors, they delivered me three hours later. I would not use their service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes un servicio pésimo, muy lento, no saben ni sacar impresiones. Aparte que sus máquinas están llenas de virus, me llenaron el USB de archivos raros. Y más de 30 min para 4 hojas impresas.
You have a lousy service, very slow, they don't even know how to get impressions. Apart from the fact that their machines are full of viruses, they filled my USB with rare files. And more than 30 min for 4 printed sheets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es MUY malo, especialmente de la señorita Lourdes. El producto está bien pero el servicio grosero y prepotente.
Durante el proceso quedaron de enviarme unas fotos para aprobar la impresión, y las enviaron pero llegaron a mi folder de spam, nunca se comunicaron por teléfono para confirmar y así encuadernaron, sin confirmar, por suerte todo salió bien. Pero que hubiera pasado si estuviese mal?!
Aparte en dos ocasiones se equivocaron con mi orden, me mandaron la cotización de otra persona y a la hora de la entrega me mandaron fotos de el pedido de alguien más.
A la hora de entregar, pedí hacer la última parte del depósito cuando entregaran el libro al chico de Uber que iba a recoger y Lourdes me contestó de una forma prepotente, sin mencionar que no busco explicar o aclarar lo que yo pedía. Llame para aclarar lo que yo quería hacer y continuó con su actitud, a lo último accedió y de forma sarcástica me comunico por WhatsApp como iba el mensajero.
Estuve en contacto con otra chica, Diana, y ella fue muy amable, pero no recomendaría este lugar a pesar de que el producto final estuvo bien.
The service is VERY bad, especially from Miss Lourdes. The product is fine but the service rude and arrogant.
During the process they agreed to send me some photos to approve the printing, and they sent them but they arrived in my spam folder, they never contacted me by phone to confirm and that's how they bound, without confirming, luckily everything went well. But what would have happened if it was wrong?!
Apart on two occasions they made a mistake with my order, they sent me someone else's quote and at the time of delivery they sent me photos of someone else's order.
When it was time to deliver, I asked to make the last part of the deposit when they delivered the book to the Uber guy I was going to pick up and Lourdes answered me in an arrogant way, without mentioning that she did not seek to explain or clarify what I was asking for. I called to clarify what I wanted to do and he continued with his attitude, at last he agreed and sarcastically communicated to me on WhatsApp how the messenger was doing.
I was in contact with another girl, Diana, and she was very nice, but I would not recommend this place even though the final product was ok.
