Envié a reparar una macbook pro un martes ya que no encendía me la entregaron 11 días después cuando según tardarían 2 días, dan desconfianza ya que me trataba de comunicar al numero que tienen en su hoja de recepción de la sucursal de coapa y nunca contestan. Me tuve que comunicar al callcenter que de igual forma no apoyan mucho con el seguimiento de igual forma te cobran con servicios sacados de la manga con reparación nivel componente y mantenimiento preventivo... de que consta solo ellos saben solo ven la forma de estafar a gente a sin garantía de que quede tu equipo, tuve que alegar garantía para obtener 30 días de garantía de verdad lean los comentarios para que no sigan estafando a mas gente.

No les di mi equipo agendaron otra visita e investigue más en internet. Esta empresa es acusada de usar partes de segunda mano y de robo de comentes no solo en equipos de cómputo sino en celulares y cualquier cosa que reparen, así como dar trabas para hacer válida las garantías sobre reparación o dejar los equipos inservibles. Ahora estos HDSPTM no me contestan para devolverme el anticipo. Gente de corazón tengan cuidado con estos ladrones en estos tiempos no estamos para perder el dinero así.

Porquería de servicio, en todos los aspectos, mandé cambiar el cristal de un iPad y parece que lo sacaron con los dientes, pésimo servicio de atención a clientes, tiempos de entrega no fueron respetados... Las piezas de reemplazo se miran de muy baja calidad, cochinos en el trabajo... En fin esto pasa por no leer las reseñas antes.

Tuve un problema con el Bios de mi computadora y transcurrió en un punto dentro de la pandemia en el que no había ningún lugar donde me atendieran, incluso con HP jamás me pude contactar con nadie y los centros de atención estaban cerrados por lo mismo de que cerraron las plazas. Pasé aproximadamente 2 días (sábado y domingo) buscando lugares. En una de esas que tuve "éxito", pude contactar con los de Smartfix (ya era lunes) y quedaron de mandarme al técnico un martes, el técnico llegó hasta el miércoles a las 3pm y según él no traía el disco que necesitaba para trabajar, yo le dije que lo necesitaba y que me echara la mano y yo le daba para un chesco, me dijo que sí y que ese mismo día pasaba antes de las 8. Nunca llegó, me dejó un número y le marqué y me dijo que pasaba al otro día, lo esperé el jueves casi toda la tarde y más o menos a las 5:45pm me desesperé y fuí a arreglarlo con otra empresa. Pero eso sí me estaban mandando correos hasta a modo de burla para que solicitara sus servicios. Pésimo.

Acudi con ellos para arreglar la pantalla de mi iPhone en Julio de 2020, vinieron hasta mi casa a solucionar el problema y hasta ahi, todo bien, decidi darles a revisar mi iPad ya que no prendia, me habian dicho que la revision seria gratuita y al final me cobraron 400 pesos, pero eso no es lo peor, el sr que vino a arreglar mi equipo se llevo mi iPad para "revisarla" y es fecha en que no me la devuelven!! eso ya es robo!! desde Julio de 2020 me dicen que me marcaran, que me enviaran msj y demas, cada que les llamo o les escribo me dicen que no han terminado de revisar mi caso y demas, para mi eso ya es robo

El día 10 de julio del presente año, llevé mi Xbox One X, el detalle que tenía era que de repente se le iba el video, y era intermitente. Decidí llevarlo porqué parecía un negocio serio, un negocio formal y la verdad es que si estoy muy decepcionado, cuándo dejé la consola me informaron que el tiempo de revisión era de 3 semanas, y que pasado ese lapso me informaban que tenía y cuál era el costo de la reparación. Pasó un mes y no tenía noticias, tuve que estar marcando para que me dijeran que tenía un costo de $3,200 pero que no me aseguraban que quedara bien por lo que no accedí a que lo repararan. Le comuniqué que me hiciera favor de mandar mi consola al negocio de coapa, porqué supuestamente estaba en el laboratorio y no están en el mismo lugar. Para no alargarme, resulta que hasta el día de hoy 5 de septiembre me avisaron que ya estaba mi consola y que ya podía ir por ella. No me cobraron el costo de reparación que era de $300 pesos. Llego a la casa y reviso la consola y trae rayones que no traía, la conecto para ver si seguía funcionado cómo se las entregue y ya ni siquiera prende. Que pena de negocio, tengan cuidado, no son de fiar. Son INFORMALES, MAL HECHOS, Y HASTA RATEROS, porqué seguramente le quitaron piezas a mi consola y por eso ya ni prende. Cuidado con estos estafadores!

Tienen una página ( llamativa X-Box) donde ofertan un cupón de descuento de $ 200 ( nunca contestan) Aún así por la insistencia de mi hijo fui por quedar cerca de casa y resulta que tardan de 10 a 15 días hábiles en saber que tiene!!!!! Y después ve tú a saber cuantos días más en repararla.... Realmente no se quien tendría la confianza, paciencia y tiempo para dejar su consola ???
