This is an opinion of a service that happened a long time ago, in 2016. Right now, when I was looking for something else, this workshop appeared again and I remembered that I wanted to leave this opinion. At that time I had a Sony Xperia Z1 cell phone. Suddenly it stopped turning on and charging. I usually look first to try to solve the problems before taking the equipment to a workshop. However, I was very busy at the time and decided to leave it to the professionals. I took them to them and they indicated the cost for the diagnosis to which I accepted, and they gave me a date of a few days in which they would have it diagnosed. That time passed and when checking with them they still did not have it. Seeing that they were having problems made me curious and I started checking Google to see what there was about it. It didn't take me 30 seconds to find that there was a common problem causing these symptoms on that model that was fixed by pressing a certain combination of buttons for a given amount of time. I went to see them again and I dared to tell them that I had found that, in case they had not considered it. I did it a bit embarrassed because I know it's a bit annoying when an amateur tells an expert how to do his job. They told me that they had already considered it and that was not it, but that they were going to continue doing other tests, such as changing the battery and it seems to me that even the load center. Anyway, after having the cell phone for more than a month, they called me to pick it up. The diagnosis was that it was probably a major damage to the main card and that the cell phone was no longer useful. I paid the agreed cost for the review and took my cell phone convinced that it was already garbage. Just to not let it go, I tried the blissful combination of buttons that I had found reported multiple times on Google. Within 30 seconds my phone was working normally and never had that glitch again. The downside was that they didn't seal the back cover properly and a lot of dust started to get into it, which made the camera basically unusable. Needless to say, I never went back to that workshop.
