Great overall customer service, well trained Doctors, and exceptionally competitive prices. Drove down from Phoenix and parked on the US side of the border in the Burger King Parking lot ($5/day). short 10 mins walk through immigration to the Dental office right across the border. Broken veneer replaced, root canal plus peg plus new crown on 2nd tooth all for under $1k. Quote from my Phoenix dentist was ~ 4 x. Ended up seeing 5 different specialists during the afternoon. 1 Technician or Dr to scan my tooth and generate new veneer. 3D printer on site means they can make new veneers or crowns within a few hours. 2. General Dentist who coordinated the treatment and performed some of the work. 3. Specialist Doctor who did the root canal 4. Doctor who performed some cuts on my gum to allow the crown to be fitted correctly. 5 X-Ray technicians to perform full X-rays. Doctors all spoke excellent English. Prescriptions bought on the Mexico side at low prices. Overall, very good value. Will update in a month. I`ve been tool that the immigration lines back into the USA can be a long wait, and best days are Tues, Wed, Thursday to cross. For me it was only 10 mins to get back into the USA. Did a short wander around Nogales on the Mexico side - looked clean and bright and I felt very safe with lots of friendly people. Update 3/6/22 all the dental work has held up. Still eating just fine. if I need future work will definately go back there.

Both women doctors were great. I am sensitive to dentists and have some fear and they did very well to help me with that. I will say that the "bedside manner" was not as good as I have usually experienced in the United States. Nothing major or even moderate to complain about, but just in general the atmosphere and communication and overall experience was not as gentle and smooth as I am accustomed to in the states. I rate my overall experience high at a 4 our of 5.

Everyone is very pleasant, professional, and just plain nice. All work I have had done has been virtually pain-free, and the doctors pride themselves on making your visit as painless as possible. They have done an exceptional job for me, and if you choose to use them, for your dental needs, I am sure they will extend you the same professionalism, that they have to me.

SMILE DENTIST is absolutely horrible went there for General cleaning, they do xray and tell me I have 7 cavities and make my teeth feel sensitive after they the cleaning . If you are trying to go there and get your teeth fix. My advice is Do not do it! . instead going to mixico they always find problems for you to pay. People seems to think they are good because they caugh the problem. But you don't have a problem at all. They just saying you have a problem so they can bill you $$$.

These dentists in this office are incredible. They caught issues my dentists in U.S. didn't. I was seen by 3 different specialty dentists in the same office, the same day and had the actual dentist, not hygienist, clean my teeth. I will not spend another minute or penny in a U.S.Dental office unless I absolutely have to.

Smile. dental was the only dentist who would see me on short notice. I experiences a sore loose tooth on Thursday and the made me an appointment the next day. Dr Michela was the dentist and Gilberto the assistant. Both were very good, friendly, and professional. The entire staff was also very helpful and friendly. Dr Michela explained everything involved in the procedure (as translated by Gilberto and other staff). I was very pleased with everything and everyone at Smile Dental. I do not hesitate to recommend them for all your dental work. Thanks Smile Dental!
