I bought a product for a sick person, as much as I try to communicate with them to find out when it will be shipped, I do not receive a response anywhere. Their whats doesn't work, email they don't answer, nowhere to communicate. I don't know if when I will receive the product. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR pre y post servicio al cliente. Jamás te responden por ninguno de sus medios y en ningún momento te dan seguimiento para ajustar tu dosis (como dice en la página)
PÉSIMO… evítense la mala experiencia.
The WORST pre and post customer service. They never respond to you by any of their means and at no time do they follow up to adjust your dose (as it says on the page)
AWFUL… avoid the bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me siento muy decepcionada, pues antes de comprar les pedí información sobre cuánto tardaban en hacer el envío y entregar, me dijeron que era al siguiente día. Llevan más de una semana sin si quiera hacer el envío, no contestan su whatsapp, en el que para vender contestaron de inmediato, y tampoco atienden llamadas. Me siento defraudada. Qué pereza que no cumplan. Veo que tienen ya varios comentarios semejantes. :(
I feel very disappointed, because before buying I asked them for information on how long it took to ship and deliver, they told me it was the next day. They have not even made the shipment for more than a week, they do not answer their WhatsApp, in which they answered immediately to sell, and they do not answer calls either. I feel disappointed. What laziness that they do not comply. I see you already have several similar comments. :(
