★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tocó comer en la Villa de Santiago y decidimos hacerlo en Smokey José. Este es un lugar con un pequeño menú pero de gran sabor. Se dedican al BBQ texano con un enfoque ya nacional.
Pedimos una orden de costillas, dos ordenes de tacos de sirloin ahumado y un sándwich de pulled pork todos con unos sides de coliflor y puré de papas. Todo fue delicioso, no dejamos más que los puros platos ?
Today it was time to eat at Villa de Santiago and we decided to do it at Smokey José. This is a place with a small menu but great flavor. They are dedicated to Texas BBQ with a national focus.
We ordered an order of ribs, two orders of smoked sirloin tacos and a pulled pork sandwich, all with sides of cauliflower and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious, we left nothing but the pure dishes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good BBQ place in Santiago NL. Has a limited menú (hopefully we will see brisket soon) but the taste is very good. We came on a Sunday afternoon and they had live norteno music. Tables and chairs are made out of wood, giving the whole place a classic Texas BBQ style. Definitely coming back soon.
