 Terrible service apart from the fact that the suits they have on display are more or less of good quality and the ones they give you are horrible and the tailor doesn't even mention it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, nos entregaron un pantalón que no habíamos pedido y a la hora de cambiarlo nos dieron uno sucio y a medio planchar, no volvería a rentar ahí.
Bad service, they gave us pants that we had not asked for and when it was time to change them they gave us one that was dirty and half ironed, I would not rent there again.

Muy recomendable. La atención es la adecuada, he visto opiniones malas pero debemos de entender que son trajes en renta en lo personal son varias las ocasiones en que he rentado y yo entrego el traje ha como me gustaría recibirlo y por eso no he tenido ningún problema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo en absoluto. El pantalón que me entregaron no tuvo ningún arreglo de sastrería y tenía doble raya en el planchado. El traje y corbata muy desgastado, renté con la idea de que me darían otro producto mejor, así como me lo probé así me lo entregaron, no sé cómo se atreven a ofrecer algo en muy mal estado. La camisa con el cuello percudido y sucio. Mejor nada que rentar aquí. Al momento de reclamar ni siquiera una disculpa ofrecieron, se limitan a decir 'si señor'. Después de 10 meses de está opinión, se justifican diciendo que es culpa de uno y que es mentira que sus prendas están para llorar. Pues si, es mi culpa CONFIAR en que cada peso que se pagó vale por un servicio bien hecho y que lo que se me entrega está en orden, clientes: háganse un favor, no gasten su dinero aquí.
I do not recommend at all. The pants that were delivered to me did not have any tailoring adjustment and had a double crease when ironing. The very worn suit and tie, I rented with the idea that they would give me a better product, just as I tried it on, that's how they gave it to me, I don't know how they dare to offer something in very bad condition. The shirt with the collar damaged and dirty. Better nothing to rent here. At the time of claiming, they did not even offer an apology, they just say 'yes sir'. After 10 months of this opinion, they justify themselves by saying that it is one's fault and that it is a lie that their clothes are for crying. Well yes, it is my fault to TRUST that every peso that was paid is worth a service well done and that what is delivered to me is in order, clients: do yourself a favor, do not spend your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smokings Santi es una de las tiendas de Toluca en donde yo recomiendo la renta de trajes para caballeros y niños, la atención es personalidad eso hace que tú como clienta decidas el rentar o no, sin embargo me consta que todas las persona a que están dentro del equipo, son personas comprometidas y siempre al pie del cañón con cada uno de sus clientes.
Estuve leyendo algunos comentarios negativos, y considero que los caballeros deben estar consientes de que es “Renta de un traje” y como cliente somos responsables del consumo que adquirimos, no por ello creo que los trajes estén en mala calidad, yo en lo personal me he dado cuenta que son trajes nuevos, con estilos actuales y siempre entregan lo mejor, y una cosa por ultimo, los empleados siempre muestran el traje antes de entregar, lo cual es muy importante por qué si el cliente se está llevando algo que no es de su agrado tiene el derecho de cambiarlo hasta que salga con su traje contento.
Es importante leer los comentarios, y tener un criterio pero los invito a que visiten el lugar.
Smokings Santi is one of the stores in Toluca where I recommend the rental of suits for men and children, attention is personality that makes you as a client decide whether to rent or not, however I know that all the people who are inside of the team, they are committed people and always at the foot of the canyon with each of their clients.
I was reading some negative comments, and I consider that gentlemen should be aware that it is "Rent a suit" and as a client we are responsible for the consumption that we acquire, not for that reason I think that the suits are of poor quality, I personally I have realized that they are new suits, with current styles and they always deliver the best, and one last thing, the employees always show the suit before delivering, which is very important because if the client is taking something that is not to your liking you have the right to change it until you come out with your happy suit.
It is important to read the comments, and have a criterion, but I invite you to visit the place.
