Do not the Karisma Tour, they only try to get you drunk. You really get to see nothing.Worst trip I ever did!

Amazing crew! There was always a drink in our hands! It was our first time snorkeling and one of the crew members was in the water with us the entire time with a float ring just in case.

After a terrible experience on one of your catarmarans, February 5th, this terrible time including the engine failing, and us being stranded in the ocean during a storm, heavy rain, freezing cold passengers, very rude captain, to the point they had children scared and crying. The engine failed running out of gas, then dead battery, and a broken pull start rope, they could not get the engine restarted. Even a crew member took time to pray during the storm which is quite alarming. I messaged you privately, as well as David Matis the manager of our salesperson and he said he would get back to me yet its been days and we want a refund before returning to canada, rather then him stalling the refund. I have shared enough photos with him that the refund should not even be questioned, we had to be towed back to shore when they finally made a call for help after an hour, after lying to us and saying they had called sooner. Conversation for a refund delayed by a week with "ill look into it" is unacceptable, the experience was unacceptable. The nice photo of boats you show but we arrive to old banged up boats, also unacceptable. After fighting for 6 days, itbis apparent we will not be getting a refund
