Hi My name is Gabe. I'm probably like a lot of Mums, that we're doing everything for everyone else. When I started at the Gym, I had no sense of who I was and I just needed a few minutes break from my kids every day so I joined the Gym and it just turned into a whole new life. I've lost 55kgs since starting my health and fitness journey a year ago and I've become the best version of myself. I cope so much better when I'm able to get away and have a break and go to the gym and exercise. By putting myself first, I have not only become the best version of myself. But I've become the best mother, the best wife. I learned that by putting myself first, Is probably the most important thing I do for my family.

Lo mejor es que esta abierto 24 horas al día, tiene todos los aparatos necesarios para tu entramiento y lograr excelentes resultados. El único pero que le encuentro es que es un poco pequeño y sin ventilación, solo tiene unas pequeñas ventanas que en temporada de calor te sofocas estando adentro. Tiene baño y regaderas, el estacionamiento que tiene es el de la plaza. Hay instructores que te ponen rutinas. Después de las 7 a partir de marzo está llenisimo el gimnasio. O	Oscar Fernando Montelongo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala en general, las nuevas instalaciones no representaron una mejora , los baños sin poco menos que inservibles , sigue un olor permanente a drenaje , tienes que andar buscando los muy muy muy escasos discos de peso por todo el gimnasio ya que solo hay unos cuantos, el internet nunca funciona , no hay disponible agua potable de libre acceso. Se batalla para lugares de estacionamiento. Se supone que es 24 horas pero a partir de las 10 ya no hay ni música ni televisiones encendidas según por orden de los administradores. En fin hay muchas mejores opciones actualmente a precios más competitivos y con instalaciones muy por encima del nivel de snap, LA UNICA VENTAJA SOBRE LOS DEMAS ES EL HORARIO 24 HORAS. FUERA DE ESO BASICAMENTE CUALQUIER GIMNACIO OFRECE MUCHO MAS POR TU DINERO.
