Hi My name is Gabe. I'm probably like a lot of Mums, that we're doing everything for everyone else. When I started at the Gym, I had no sense of who I was and I just needed a few minutes break from my kids every day so I joined the Gym and it just turned into a whole new life. I've lost 55kgs since starting my health and fitness journey a year ago and I've become the best version of myself. I cope so much better when I'm able to get away and have a break and go to the gym and exercise. By putting myself first, I have not only become the best version of myself. But I've become the best mother, the best wife. I learned that by putting myself first, Is probably the most important thing I do for my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar te cobran aunque tú hayas cancelado desde hace meses y solo se hacen los locos y se lavan las manos sin solucionar nada. Tengan cuidado gente no entreguen sus datos de tarjeta. Son unos rateros
 Terrible place they charge you even if you have canceled for months and they just go crazy and wash their hands without solving anything. Be careful people do not hand over your card details. They are thieves

fui a cancelar mi plan por que tuve que salir de la ciudad aparte de que me cobraron el mes completo por que me pase por un día y tenía que cancelar 5 días antes de que se venciera el mes me cobraron 5 mensualidades a cargo de mi tarjeta de crédito alguien del sistema hizo mal uso de mis datos y se hizo pasar por mí y en el sistema aparecía que supuestamente iba a entrenar no tienen protegido tus datos cualquiera puede meter mano y cuando fui a reclamar solo te dan largas y no te solucinanan nada ya tengo más de 4 meses y aún no me puede dar una solución así que mucho ojo para que no caigan en su trampa y tomen una foto de su cancelación para tener un respaldo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente.. me inscribí en este gimnasio pero por cercanía empecé a ir al que está en Polanco y cuando me hicieron el cambio me cobraron la mensualidad en ambos, siendo los de Cuajimalpa los responsables de la devolución del dinero desde febrero del 2020 no se han hecho responsables de este tema, ni dan respuesta, desde marzo no me responden los correos y he seguido insistiendo y nada! Una falta de respeto y abuso. Ya el reclamo lo pude hacer en Profeco, así que espero ellos hagan que respondan de alguna manera... Y por otra parte, el gimnasio no vale lo que cuesta, hay muchos mejores por el mismo precio. DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR... NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA...
Terrible customer service ... I signed up for this gym but because of proximity I started going to the one in Polanco and when they made the change they charged me the monthly fee in both, being those in Cuajimalpa responsible for the refund of the money since February of 2020 they have not been responsible for this issue, nor do they respond, since March they have not responded to the emails and I have continued to insist and nothing! A lack of respect and abuse. I could already make the claim in Profeco, so I hope they make them respond in some way ... And on the other hand, the gym is not worth what it costs, there are many better ones for the same price. THEY LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen gimnasio, los entrenadores siempre al pendiente, la higiene muy bien y siempre hay sanatizantes y papel para estar limpiando lo que usas. Tiene lo indispensable para poder entrenar adecuadamente.
Very good gym, the trainers are always on the lookout, the hygiene is very good and there are always sanitizers and paper to be cleaning what you use. You have what you need to be able to train properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No piden la toalla obligatoria, fui en hora pico y literal nadie estaba usando toalla, nadie limpia los aparatos, los dejan todos llenos de sudor incluso cuando tienen zona de sanitización. Una mala experiencia
They do not ask for the mandatory towel, I went during rush hour and literally nobody was using a towel, nobody cleans the devices, they leave them all full of sweat even when they have a sanitization area. A bad experience
