Hi My name is Gabe. I'm probably like a lot of Mums, that we're doing everything for everyone else. When I started at the Gym, I had no sense of who I was and I just needed a few minutes break from my kids every day so I joined the Gym and it just turned into a whole new life. I've lost 55kgs since starting my health and fitness journey a year ago and I've become the best version of myself. I cope so much better when I'm able to get away and have a break and go to the gym and exercise. By putting myself first, I have not only become the best version of myself. But I've become the best mother, the best wife. I learned that by putting myself first, Is probably the most important thing I do for my family.

El precio es un poco más alto que en los otros gyms, pero funciona 24/7 y sin problemas de estacionamiento como otros lugares!
Estoy realmente satisfecha y en espera de que abren otros clases como baile deportivo!

El único problema que encontré es el entrenador, no está enfocado mucho en ayudar, pasa el tiempo chateando en su teléfono, en todos los demás gimnasios que estaba atendiendo antes los entrenadores eran mucho más atentos, incluso en Gran Jardin donde hay mucho más gente.
Very good place, the devices are in good condition, there are several treadmills, ellipticals, bikes. There are boxing classes.
The price is a bit higher than in the other gyms, but it works 24/7 and without parking problems like other places!
I am really satisfied and waiting for other classes to open such as sports dance!

The only problem I found is the coach, he is not focused much on helping, he spends time chatting on his phone, in all the other gyms that he was attending before the trainers were much more attentive, even in Gran Jardin where there are much more people.
