They never answer the phone, except for retirees where they always kindly guide you about other departments or channel or redirect you in what you occupy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan teléfonos, en la pagina de contacto viene una opción para dejarles un mensaje pero parece ser que no funciona a pesar que le teclean los numero correctamente.
Mejor digan que atendaran personalmente en su edificio para evitar la perdida de tiempo llamando.
They do not answer phones, on the contact page there is an option to leave a message but it seems that it does not work even if they type the numbers correctly.
Better say that you attend personally in your building to avoid wasting time calling.
