Came here to have breakfast (which was excellent), and the employees working were all amazing, friendly and helpful. My Spanish is horrible and I had hurt my neck pretty severely the day before arriving in Merida. I tried calling multiple chiropractors but was not having any luck because they were either closed (it was Sunday) or none of them spoke Spanish. My waiter not only tried calling various places for me, he eventually tracked down another worker at the hotel next door that had a personal connection with a chiropractor. 3 hours later, said chiropractor is in my hotel room fixing my neck. So, this is all a long-winded story to say that the service went well above and beyond here and the food was excellent, too. A great travel story I will remember for awhile.

Excellent Steakhouse! We had a Ribeye steak for two persons and a grilled salad as a starter. Both dishes have been very tasty and of great quality. The service was very professional and caring. We enjoyed our time a lot! Definitely recommend to eat here!

Last Thursday we enjoyed the serenata at parque Santa Lucia from here and it was great. I ordered the dip with portobello (without bacon), the french fries and the strawberry margarita. Everything was delicious and at the right temp despite they had to cross the street to reach those tables. Our waiter was super kind and helpful as we were trying to find a way to see the stage from a better spot.

Tried to ripp us off. Lure you with 50% discount in the guest garden, and when you want to pay they decline a discount because terms and conditions apply. To pay by card was declined because of a broken terminal. Mysteriously, a working one appeared after rigorouse debating.
