Los instructores son muy experimentados y pacientes y cuentan con distintos tipos y marcas de asadores, accesorios y sazonadores para cada platillo. Disponen de diferentes menús para que uno se pueda inscribir dependiendo de la comida que se prefiera y mientras se esta aprendiendo se puede ir probando la comida y disfrutando de bebidas. La ubicación es privilegiada y cuentan con suficiente estacionamiento. Por si fuera poco cuentan con tienda donde puedes adquirir los asadores, accesorios y sazonadores. Ideal para atender clases de forma individual o con amigos y hasta para organizar un evento con clientes o proveedores.
 Great place to learn about cuts of meat, grills and how to grill cuts and other foods. The instructors are very experienced and patient and have different types and brands of roasters, accessories and seasonings for each dish.
