★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar con un muy extenso surtido, hay todo lo relacionado para la construcción, remodelación, amueblado y detalles de una casa, buenos precios y ofertas.
He comprado en diferentes ocasiones y las últimas veces tuve problemas con la entrega (materiales dañados) además de repartidores que dejan basura en la calle frente a la puerta de mi casa (tengo fotos), me llaman por teléfono y me dicen que podrán atención a mis quejas y situación que puedo pasar a la tienda cualquier día para la reposición de mi mercancía, sin embargo voy en domingo y me dicen que no me pueden hacer la reposición del material porque no está el personal que genera el papeleo, decepción total.
 A place with a very extensive assortment, there is everything related to the construction, remodeling, furnishing and details of a house, good prices and offers.
I have bought on different occasions and the last few times I had problems with delivery (damaged materials) in addition to delivery men who leave garbage on the street in front of my door (I have photos), they call me by phone and tell me that they will be able to attend to my complaints and situation that I can go to the store any day to replace my merchandise, however I go on a Sunday and they tell me that they cannot replace the material because the staff that generates the paperwork is not there, total disappointment.

Great variety, deficiency in prices, brand one on display and charge another, clean place and good service highly recommended, just be very careful with the price issue, they have no values on that issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair selection of products for home decoration and minor repairs. Though some staff have product knowledge, most wouldn't even know how to use a hammer. Home Depot has better selection of tools and products but has the same issues with inexperienced staff.

It just takes one lazy employee to ruin the whole experience.
NOONE came to help us (all women), didn't even bother asking If we needed help loading plywood and wood onto the truck.
From now on, I will make the trip to Home Depot, because they DO know about customer service
