★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El carbón que venden marca lebeña es pésimo. No sé si se lo estén comprando a galo collado pero es un nerd del carbón. Galo tu carbon trae en la bolsa de 6 kilos 1 kilo de tierra. Te compramos carbón no tierra. Además viene húmedo. Ya cambia de productor. Cambia de empaquetadores o paga más por la mano de obra y producto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Primera y última vez que compro algo en sus tiendas especialmente en la sucursal de San Mateo Sodimac Homecenter México. Su personal en tienda no sabe lo que está haciendo, pocos vendedores te pueden realmente ayudar y en atención a clientes por teléfono están perdidos, tienen teléfonos en su página para realizar la contratación de instalación y te dicen que tienes que ir a tienda, servicio a clientes en tienda no resuelve ni ayuda en lo más mínimo. Llevo 1 semana esperando que me contacten para una instalación de la que tampoco espero mucho, había una clienta en tienda quejándose que llevaba 3 visitas para la instalación de un baño que no queda bien.
Terrible service! First and last time I buy something in their stores, especially in the San Mateo Sodimac Homecenter México branch. Their store personnel do not know what they are doing, few salespeople can really help you and in customer service by phone they are lost, they have telephones on their page to carry out the installation contracting and they tell you that you have to go to the store, service to customers in store does not solve or help in the least. I have been waiting 1 week for them to contact me for an installation that I do not expect much, there was a customer in the store complaining that it took 3 visits for the installation of a bathroom that does not fit well.

A different option to the homedepot you find everything from screws to specialized things to buy or rent. I really liked the attention that the people who work here gave me. The prices are generally accessible but it varies a lot in the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio de venta en línea de Sodimac, mis productos llegaron dañados y no se quieren hacer responsables del cambio, ni devolución. Pésima atención. Muchos clientes con el mismo problema. OJO y no se dejen llevar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va para un mes que no han podido hacerme entrega de un material, tanto su gerente y como sus asesores de ventas no dan la cara y lo único que dicen es que les cancele el pedido a pesar de que ya se liquido.
Esto es de su sucursal San Luis Potosi. Procederemos a levantar una queja ante la PROFECO. Ojalá y puedan dar alguna respuesta como corporativo y no se escondan tal cual lo hacen en su sucursal donde realizamos la compra.
It's been a month that they haven't been able to deliver a material to me, both their manager and their sales advisors don't show their faces and the only thing they say is that I cancel the order even though it's already liquidated.
This is from their San Luis Potosi branch. We will proceed to file a complaint with PROFECO. Hopefully they can give some answer as a corporate and do not hide as they do in their branch where we make the purchase.

Compramos hace casi un mes en la tienda arboledas una bodega exterior marca Keter y pagamos la instalación. La bodega salió defectuosa, la cambiaron y salió de nuevo defectuosa. Ahora mi casa se convirtió en bodega porque tengo DOS PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS y son muy incumplidos en las fechas para recoger los productos y no han resuelto nada para concluir mi devolución. No compres ahí, aunque esta muy surtida y cosas muy lindas de decoración, no tienen implementada una logística de entregas y atención a clientes eficiente con capacidad de atender al mercado tan grande que quieren abarcar. Ni el encargado de la tienda, ni su callcenter resuelven nada
