Aporto mi opinión con esta empresa.
Los sofás están mal hechos, el mío se arrugó al 2do día que lo trajeron, el tiempo de espera para que me llegara fue de casi 2 meses y eso porque anduve detrás de las personas que atienden las líneas y el whats que en verdad atienden muy pero muy mal.
Califico como mal y tortuosa la compra.
Por favor eviten a toda costa comprar en SOFÁ 55 porque malgastarán su dinero, busquen bien antes de embarcarse con algo que no es de buena calidad.

I share my opinion with this company.
The sofas are poorly made, mine wrinkled on the 2nd day they brought it, the waiting time for it to arrive was almost 2 months and that's because I was behind the people who attend the lines and whats that they really attend very but very bad.
I qualify the purchase as bad and tortuous.
Please avoid buying at SOFÁ 55 at all costs because you will waste your money, do your research before embarking with something that is not of good quality.

I love it, I thank you. I really liked the design, also the price with the discount they gave me for the month and the coupon was very cheap. If I thought that buying from the factory was so cheap and you eliminate the middlemen, I will definitely buy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I bought a sofa from them for a client of mine who lives in a city nearby and not only were they late on delivering but they changed the delivery date at least 4 times but never even bothered to call me to let me know. The only reason I even found out was because I had to keep calling and asking why it wasn't arriving when it was supposed to. I spent so much of my time just trying to call them and get information and in the end most of it wasn't even helpful. Nobody on their end thought that they should call to keep their clients updated?
I finally sent an email expressing my frustration at the situation and telling them that I've been trying to call and no one is answering, to which they responded "We answer your calls every-time, what else do you want from us?". Horrendous customer service with no sense of professionalism.
Needless to say I will not be working with them again and wouldn't recommend anyone to for that matter. There are much better companies out there who will save you a lot of headache and hassle.
