I had to wait another 7 days for them to see it and confirm that it was damaged. I had to wait another 7 days for them to come get her. I had to wait another 20 days for the repaired part to be brought to me. After this experience and seeing in more detail the truth is that the resistance, quality of the room leaves much to be desired and if something so obvious passed its quality control what can I expect from what is not seen...
