No te acosan, puedes entrar tranquilo y seleccionar tu sofá, están atentos a tus preguntas. Tienen un servicio extra que consiste en colocar un impermeable en la tela, que la protege de derrames de líquidos y hace que duren más. Me entregaron a los dos días de realizar mi compra, muy rápido y eficiente, te dicen el día más no la hora exacta en que llegarán ya que trabajan en función de la ruta de entrega que tengan, pero te marcan una hora antes para ver si estás.

Tú les dices como la quieres y ellos te la arman, obvio si es sobre pedido cambian los precios y tardan 2 meses más o menos con esto de la contingencia, los precios son accesibles y el flete es gratis a cualquier lugar de la CDMX, tienen facilidades de pagos y aceptan tarjetas de débito y crédito. Si llevas carreolas o sillas de ruedas no se puede bajar a otras áreas porque sólo hay escalones pero se aprecian bien desde el primer nivel. Tienen estacionamiento pero sólo para 1 o acaso 2 carros y está justo a lado del local.

La entrega de la sala es conflictiva, te dicen un precio por subir lo adquirido y al momento de llegar al domicilio quieren cobrar más de lo acordado ($200 por piso), al momento de revisar la sala viene defectuosa y con quemadura por parte de la fábrica (dicho por los mismos cargadores), al contactarte con la tienda dicen que te hacen un cambio pero no dan fecha próxima de entrega y para devolución de tu dinero te quieren penalizar con un 15%, además los vendedores tienen una pésima actitud si te presentas en tienda, nada comparado como cuando te la quieren mostrar.
No recomiendo en absoluto.
