★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésima atención tienen hacía sus clientes, me comunico para una reparación, no garantía, es decir aparte de comprar la sala quiero pagar por una reparación, y les llamo a su número publicado, no contestan mandan a buzón, ok, no atienden, escribo a sus redes sociales, y no hay respuesta, ya en algún momento atenderán. Pero después se quejan de que mandas la misma pregunta por esos medios, porque necesito la información, más aparte me regresan la llamada y aprovechando la misma les expongo mi duda y me dicen, si ya mando su información ya le dimos instrucciones, osea si tienen tiempo para quedarse del cliente, ponerse en su plan, mejor aclaro lo que el cliente necesita, por lo que me pagan por hacer y me da de comer y todos felices, pero prefieren dar largas al asunto, ahora veo porque tanta mala opinión hacía su servicio, ahora ya me dejaron pensando en si el producto va a durar o no.
