Como empresa tiene un sueldo bueno, si comparamos a otras maquilas de las américas, ofrece ayudas como despensa, implementa el programa de 6's y variedad de turnos (perfecto para estudiantes). El ambiente está tranquilo, los trabajadores no son lo mejor que hay pero al menos son dedicados, en cuanto administración algo activa y la posibilidad de que te ayuden como empleado. Ahora lo malo, aquí depende en que planta te manden, pero en mi caso (Eco 1) es la más descuidada, comparación con Eco 2 que es una planta mucho más moderna, limpia y bastante linda, eco 1 está muy sucio y desactualizada. La comida es otro punto débil, como corrió un vídeo redes sociales, la comida está muy mediocre, falta de sazón y mala atención de cafetería. Descansas en días americanos, NO FESTIVOS MEXICANOS. Puede ser una buena opción si quieres entrar a una maquila de las américas pero si de plano quieres subir de puesto y destacar, yo digo que vayas a otro lugar, la posibilidad de subir de puesto es muy difícil, las vacantes en puestos más arribas es inusual que salgan. Según tienen personas de recursos humanos que te ayudan y nada; las otras operadoras me empezaron a hacer bullying y cuando acudí a derechos humanos ( disque atención especializada) me dijo que no me podía cambiar de área porque en otras áreas me iba a pasar lo mismo y solo me quedo renunciar cuando no soporte. Está reseña por qué según Sofi de Chihuahua es una maquila (Empresa ?) que sobresale entre las otras por la atención especializada de recursos humanos ( eso dicen ellos). Por su atención gracias ?
