★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ES FRAUDE. Con sus errores uno termina pagando más porque hay que devolver las extensiones que mandan mal para que hagan el favor de cambiarlas. Pagas el envío, no reciben, no reembolsan ese envío. Nunca vuelvo a comprar. Los $1500 peor invertidos en toda mi vida
Devolví el producto y se niegan a hacer reembolso. Ahora, me han bloqueado de redes sociales para que no pueda decirle a nadie mi experiencia. NO COMPREN, REALMENTE ES FRAUDE. borran los malos comentarios de Facebook.
 IT IS FRAUD. With your mistakes, you end up paying more because you have to return the extensions that send badly so that they do the favor of changing them. You pay for shipping, they don't receive, they don't refund that shipment. I never buy again. The worst $ 1500 invested in my entire life
I returned the product and they refuse to make a refund. Now, I have been blocked from social media so that I cannot tell anyone about my experience. DO NOT BUY, IT REALLY IS FRAUD. they delete bad comments from Facebook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el precio esperaba algo mejor, ahora entiendo porque siempre sus dichosos descuentos, mala calidad, se les cae demasiado el pelo, se enredan bastante, mal empaquétalas, y la garantía es muy difícil de satisface ya que se necesitan restaurar y la verdad es difícil… no las recomiendo enserio me súper decepcionaron ?, yo confiaba en ustedes ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo estaba muy emocionada, hasta que llegaron y noté la calidad, he usado un juego solo 3 veces y y se enredan, pesan, y se sienten horrible, no obstante, al momento de hacer tu compra, te exigen tu identificación y la información de tu tarjeta, cosa que NO pueden hacer, he intentado restaurarlas (qué no debería porque no las he usado mucho) y no sirve de nada, no vuelvo a gastar mi dinero, muy atentos para exigir mi información, pero la calidad/precio no lo valen, y para probar de más calidad con ellas (cabello humano) pues no me da confianza.
