Pésimo servicio, ventas con engaños y mala calidad de los muebles. La empresa no respeta sus contratos e incumple con sus condiciones de entrega.

Absolutely the worse customer service!! Do not custom order from this company!! My designer ordered two chairs and customized the size. I spend $1000 US on each chair PLUS my fabric...so we are talking expensive here. They did not honor the dimensions that my designer wrote and when we received the chairs our feet could not touch the ground. They don't care! They've had my chairs for over one month and while we thought they were working on them, they weren't and now I won't have them till January. That does not guarantee that they will make them correctly. The owner did not seem to care! This is a very independent store in the sense that they don't care about customer service and just want you to buy things. I need so much more but will never step foot into the store again. Do yourself a favor and go in to take pictures of their very nice design and have it made by a carpenter. The quality will be better and you won't have to work with them.
