★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect one of the greatest view. It’s totally worth it to get a coffee or cocktail, a tea or tequila in order to spend some time on the rooftop in the 38th floor. You’ll be placed by the service people (I would prefer to choose the table for myself if I go to a place) but besides that it was a nice experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment that we arrived at this amazing hotel, it was clear that this place had it all. The amenities are top notch; the location is safe and central. The food and the rooms are amazing. But the staff is really the highlight of the trip. The Sofitel resort has a Guest Relations, Concierge, and Events Management Team, the likes of which, I have not seen before or since. After check-in, find Jose Delgado at the Guest Relations desk and he will set you up with tickets, reservations, recommendations, and anything else that you might need. Seriously, I cannot give Jose and his team enough credit for such an amazing trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to enjoy the view from the 38th floor club(evening). Delightful drinks, good service, fair pricing and magnificent views. Just be aware that outside tables are pretty much reserved for guests of the hotel (and regular customers?). Otherwise, best to be content with inside seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most amazing experience here. All three restaurants were beautiful, the room was amazing, and the location was perfect, but the real standout here was the service. A very special thank you to Ana, who spent so much time helping us call around to various stores to help us find a rare bottle of tequila that we wanted (and found in the end!), and the manager who was always checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed. We will never stay anywhere else in Mexico City, and are already planning our next trip back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sofitel Reforma has the Best bars from top to bottom, literally. We spent the day bar hopping from each level and loved it. They have roof top to floor level bars that are down right awesome. Their bartenders Ivan, Alex, and Bryan each have their own specialty drinks and they make them with gusto! Check them all out and you are in for an amazing time! Check out these pics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel centrally located in Reforma area. The staff was super nice and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Walking distance to the Angel statue and many restaurants. Felt totally safe with the embassy right next door and the guards a few feet away. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms could be a tad bigger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofitel Mexico City was excellent!!!! The minute we arrived we feel welcomed. The stuff was excellent, very polite and very helpful. We enjoyed talking to them. As we walked to our room Felipe was very friendly and made us feel like home…Also our favorite concierge that was always so smiling and ready to help and always making sure to ask how was our day going… Thank You To the whole Sofitel Mexico City staff for making our get away very pleasant…We hope to see you again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel offered one of the best services I've ever received in my life. The crew here is fantastic. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a fantastic staff. At the reception, spa, and at the rooftop bar, everyone provides very friendly and a top notch service. The value you get here is also amazing. The rooms are spacious with a luxury feeling. I cannot get back to this beautiful hotel. The location is close to everything!
