Blanca Treviño has been leading Softtek as President and CEO since 2000. Under her leadership, Softtek has become the leading information technology services company in Latin America. Ms. Treviño is an advisor of the Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Monterrey and also contributes to their program 'Lideres del Mañana', which helps high school graduates get a full tuition scholarship to study at ITESM. Softtek has created 'Codellege', a program that teaches coding, entrepreneurship, English and human development to the underserved youth so they can achieve job inclusion in the IT industry. Softtek also teams-up with robotics teams to promote Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) methodology in public schools.
