★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparto mi opinión sobre la empresa desde la perspectiva de cliente, con la finalidad de mejorar el servicio.
En los dos años que trabajé como Gte de RH, tuve un periodo en el que tuve contacto directo con este proveedor. Cabe aclarar que comprendo que algunas empresas se reserven el derecho de brindar un buen servicio en caso de que el cliente sea agresivo, pedante o grosero. En mi caso, jamás me dirijo de esta manera.
En general mi experiencia es bastante mala, en los siguientes aspectos:
Contras
- Como cliente no tuve esa experiencia de servicio que te permita recomendarlos. Ya que para empezar, su sistema de solicitud de incidencias es a través de un ticket. Que si tienes suerte puede ser resuelto el mismo día.
- Cuando se tiene un tema urgente, prácticamente las líneas de atención tienen desvió de llamada y la pagina no contiene información sobre líneas telefónicas. Si les caes bien, puede que te proporcionen algún celular o tendrás que contactar a tu asesor de ventas.
- En mi caso particular levante varios tickets (reportes) sobre problemas de nóminas, como un 30% no fueron respondidos y adicional en su página aparecía como cerrados o que yo no había respondido pese a que no tenia evidencia de haber sido contactado por ningún medio (correo, llamada o mensaje). Cuando haga la confrontación de este punto, además se excusan (no esperas algo así de un buen servicio al cliente).
Recientemente necesite de una información y me fue brinda en tiempo. Sin embargo a la hora de querer aclarar información sobre esta mi mensaje ya no fue abierto y mis llamadas iban directo a buzón, lo cuál comprobamos haciendo la llamada a través de mi coordinador de nóminas que si entraba por su canal.
Me deja con la sensación de una empresa que tiene empleados de muchos años y que su forma de atención a cliente depende de que tan bien les caigas, no tanto de la parte profesional.
En lo personal en cualquier futuro como responsable de RH, yo no me sentiría con la seguridad y confianza de integrar sus servicios a cualquier empresa que pueda requerir de sus servicios.
Pros:
- El único sistema de nómina que manda movimientos directamente al portal del seguro social. Al menos eso es parte de publicidad.
- El software en general es muy estable.
- Parece tener un precio relativamente competitivo en comparación con otros software del mercado

In the two years that I worked as HR Manager, I had a period in which I had direct contact with this supplier. It should be clarified that I understand that some companies reserve the right to provide good service in case the client is aggressive, pedantic or rude. In my case, I never address myself in this way.
In general, my experience is quite bad, in the following aspects:
Cons
- As a customer I did not have that service experience that allows you to recommend them. Since to begin with, its incident request system is through a ticket. Which if you're lucky can be resolved the same day.
- When there is an urgent issue, practically the service lines have call forwarding and the page does not contain information on telephone lines. If they like you, they may provide you with a cell phone or you will have to contact your sales consultant.
- In my particular case, I raised several tickets (reports) about payroll problems, about 30% were not answered and additionally on your page it appeared as closed or that I had not responded despite the fact that I had no evidence of having been contacted by any means. (mail, call or message). When they confront this point, they also apologize (you don't expect that from good customer service).
I recently needed some information and it was provided to me on time. However, when I wanted to clarify information about this, my message was no longer opened and my calls went directly to the mailbox, which we verified by making the call through my payroll coordinator, who did enter through his channel.
It leaves me with the feeling of a company that has employees for many years and that its form of customer service depends on how well they like you, not so much on the professional part.
Personally, in any future as head of HR, I would not feel safe and confident in integrating your services to any company that may require your services.
Pros:
- The only payroll system that sends movements directly to the social security portal. At least that's part of advertising.
- The software in general is very stable.
- Seems to be relatively competitively priced compared to other software on the market
