★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A principio de este año empecé a practicar yoga por un anuncio de una clase de Yoga Restaurativo, decidí ir por dos hernias de disco en el area lumbar que un año antes me habían hecho parar por completo mi vida. Fue el grito de mi cuerpo para que me detuviera ya que vivía llena de actividades que planeaba desde días antes cronometrando el tiempo para cada una.
Enorme sorpresa la que sentí al terminar la clase, mi cuerpo estaba tan liviano, alineado y vivo; que seguí. Desde que empecé no solo mi cuerpo físico ha trabajado, mi mente y mi cuerpo espiritual se han empezado a alinear. En cada posición van unidas emociones que se han liberado y que las he llorado sin poder evitarlo. No puedo más que celebrar y agradecer la magia de encontrar a @carlos_ferrato_yoga @soham_yoga_matamoros por todo lo bueno que has traido a mi vida.
At the beginning of this year I started practicing yoga for an announcement of a Restorative Yoga class, I decided to go for two disc hernias in the lumbar area that a year before had made me stop my life completely. It was the scream of my body to stop me because I lived full of activities that I had planned for days before, timing the time for each one.
Huge surprise that I felt at the end of the class, my body was so light, aligned and alive; I followed Since I started, not only my physical body has worked, my mind and my spiritual body have begun to align. In each position emotions that have been released are joined and that I have cried without being able to avoid it. I can not but celebrate and thank the magic of finding @carlos_ferrato_yoga @soham_yoga_matamoros for all the good things that you have brought to my life.
