Lomas de Sotelo Naucalpan de Juárez Estado de México, quisiera comentar que nunca me había tenido ninguna situación de igual manera, con maltrato, discriminación, mala atención, etc., etc., por parte del personal de la tienda mencionada y en especial por una empleada "vendedora" del lugar de nombre Susana... A continuación relatare mi experiencia... al entrar a la Tienda los sensores de seguridad se activaron habiendo aproximadamente 4 o 5 personas (empleados de la Tienda) ninguna percatándose del sonido de estas maquinas, el tiempo que estuvimos dentro no fue mayor a un minuto y siempre acompañadas de un joven que nos ofreció su ayuda para encontrar lo que necesitamos, saliendo en de la Tienda de nuevo se activaron los sensores de seguridad, como a 3 metros de distancia se acerca a nosotras una chica (la vendedora mencionada Susana) y de manera acusatoria nos pregunto si habíamos tomado alguna prenda, sin revisión alguna nos acuso de manera inmediata de robo, comentando que llamaría a personal de seguridad, mi madre y yo volvimos a la Tienda y esta vendedora fue a llamar a las personas de seguridad, adentro en la Tienda mi madre y yo mientras esperábamos, la Gerenta nos comento que nos podríamos retirar, en ese momento le comente que no, que esperaríamos a las personas de seguridad y aclarar la situación y en su defecto levantar una queja, por el mal rato , la actitud de la vendedora, la discriminación y humillación que nos hicieron pasar.
