★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy into this condo. Its a terrible idea. Its direction in front of a busy gas station, also on the busiest road in town highway 200. The noise will NEVER end. It is also made with bribes since a construction of this hight is not allowed. If you want a condo in PV look for a better location....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is incredible. The developer has built some of the most iconic buildings in PV. This building has one of the largest rooftops in Latin America. 360 views of the city and bay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't end up buying here but liked the place. Under construction, on the main road, but units start at least 40-50 feet over the street. Rooftop pool will be amazing but a bit far from the ocean, meaning unless you want walk 5 plus blocks there, it is not oceanfront or ocean adjacent, just the hight of building allows for ocean view. The units have European marple and kitchen cabinets, but for me it's extra expense as top quality Mexican products give me a better sense of place. I ultimately chose to be just a bit south of Muertos beach in Conchas Chinas. Not as many restaurants nearby, but much nicer views, seclusion, and same walk to the south side of the beach which is where I hang. So examine the pluses and minuses of this building. It may be for you.
