★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor Carlos supuestamente el dueño me colgó el teléfono. Tuve que pagar $1200 por la habitación llegando a Cancún por pedir doble cama. Nunca nos dijeron que el cuarto de hotel era solo una cama cuando se les pidió que fueran dos camas. Nunca dieron información a tiempo. Mal servicio poca información. NO RECOMENDABLE. tengan cuidado.
Mr. Carlos supposedly the owner hung up the phone on me. I had to pay $ 1200 for the room arriving in Cancun to ask for a double bed. They never told us that the hotel room was just one bed when they were asked to be two beds. They never gave information in time. Bad service little information. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. be careful.
