★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, llame por teléfono para solicitar información y la encargada siempre fue prepotente en la linea, contestaba con un todo exaltado las preguntas que le realice, el técnico llego tarde, entraron tres personas a revisar un refri, posterior a ello ya tenia diagnostico de otros dos técnicos que me comentaron que el refri tenia una fuga de gas, pero los de esta "empresa" con solo ver el refri me comentaron que había que cambiar todo el compresor del refri, cosa que me parece deshonesto por parte de ellos, pues el "técnico" NO realizó ninguna prueba, solo toco las tuberías y con eso me dijo que al compresor no le servia la biela y que el costo sería de $3,600 pesos, más que lo que nos costo el refrí pues fue comprado usado. La verdad que NO recomiendo este lugar en cuanto a servicios de refrigeración.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO! se hizo una contratación para una reparación de refrigerador, llegaron al día siguiente, entregaron tarde el electrodoméstico, a los 4 días volvió a fallar y como era de esperar, volvieron a llegar tarde por el mismo, los empleados y el mismo dueño te atienden de mala gana y con poco profesionalismo.
Ahora tengo mi refrigerador PEOR que antes, el congelador hace escarcha, tira agua y las puertas rechinan cuando nunca antes hacia esto; se me hace que estos tipos cambian las piezas y les ponen piezas usadas o en mal estado, NO VAYAN CON ELLOS!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! A contract was made for a refrigerator repair, they arrived the next day, they delivered the appliance late, after 4 days it failed again and as expected, they were late again for it, the employees and the owner himself serve you reluctantly and unprofessional.
Now I have my refrigerator WORSE than before, the freezer is frosty, spouts water and the doors squeak when never before; These guys make me change the parts and put used or damaged parts on them, DO NOT GO WITH THEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dueño no es de fiar, ya que hace un diagnóstico de fallo de tarjeta del refrigerador sin usar un multimetro o ver qué componente de cierta tarjeta puede ser remplazada para reutilizar la misma. No lo recomiendo por diagnóstico apresurado y desmedido en precio.
The owner is not trustworthy, since he diagnoses the fault of the refrigerator card without using a multimeter or seeing which component of a certain card can be replaced to reuse the same. I do not recommend it due to hasty diagnosis and excessive price.
