Como es posible que un Tinaco de 600 lts de esta marca lo vendan en 4200+500 de kit de instalación + 400 de envío, es un robo!!!! Compre uno en home depot en 2800 Incluye kit de instalación y envio I went in to ask for a Tinaco, Rotomex brand and I felt that they were assaulting me!!!! Me contestaron en el teléfono que viene en la página de internet y fuimos a otra sucursal (por av Lincoln). Pudimos solucionar el problema Creo que lo único que les falta es actualizar en la página de internet avisando cuáles sucursales tienen servicio 24horas . I had a problem with the pipes in my house and I searched the internet for hardware stores open 24 hours, to my surprise there was one on Av Leones so we went and it was closed!! They answered me on the phone that appears on the website and we went to another branch (av Lincoln). we were able to fix the problem I think the only thing they need is to update on the website notifying which branches have 24-hour service.

Les comenté que les compraba otro pero que me dejaran abrirlo ahí enfrente de ellos para asegurarme de que funcionara y me dijeron que NO, que si lo abría y este segundo producto tampoco funcionaba entonces ellos no iban a poder venderlo a alguien más porque ya estaba abierto. Ósea listísimos para hacer un segundo robo! Jamás volveré a esta ferretería y ojalá que quien lea esto tampoco vaya. No son de fiar.
