Primero me cobraron doble vez el servicio (hicieron el descuento de mi tarjeta dos veces) Y mostrándoles el comprobante del banco, me lo negaron por completo y no quisieron responder. Y además con anticipación pedí la cita para las 11 de la mañana, cuando llegue estaban atendiendo a otra persona en ese horario y tuve que esperar una hora y media, y luego me dicen que no tenían el tinte del color que había yo solicitado desde que pedí la cita en el teléfono (negro azul), acepto otro color por no perder el tiempo de espera, y para completar me cobran doble.. La peor experiencia, no se lo recomendaría a nadie. It is the worst aesthetic of all Mexico. First they charged me double the service (they did the discount of my card twice) And showing them the bank's receipt, they denied me completely and did not want to answer. And also in advance I asked for the appointment for 11 in the morning, when I arrived they were attending another person at that time and I had to wait an hour and a half, and then they told me that they did not have the color dye that I had requested since I asked for the appointment on the phone (blue black), I accept another color for not losing the waiting time, and to complete I am charged double. The worst experience, I would not recommend it to anyone.
