The houses of this group have a private pool which makes them attractive for rest. The neighbors are organized to maintain a good image of the place as well as rules of coexistence that allow to maintain the family atmosphere. The houses are for families of 3 members for daily residence or if it is to vacation up to 8 people for a weekend. 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, backyard and parking for one car in front. They have parking area for visitors.
