★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio, me mandaron un calentador solar que no era el que quería. Luego me dieron el nombre de un instalador que nunca llegó. Queríamos devolver el calentador por el que queríamos y dijeron que no hay cambios. No tiene una placa para ser más eficiente el calentador. La base está mal construida porque no está pareja. La verdad no recomiendo para nada a Solaris.
El instructivo era de otro calentador, solo pagué el producto y no he tenido respuesta de su parte. Muy mal servicio. El agua se sale de los tubos y cuando escribo en el WhatsApp en el cual me comunique, no tengo respuesta. Me vendieron un calentador como nuevo y en un costado dice Outlet. Saben en donde contactarme, pero solo responden sin resolver para que más compradores caigan.
Super bad service, they sent me a solar heater that was not the one I wanted. Then they gave me the name of an installer that never arrived. We wanted to return the heater for the one we wanted and they said there are no changes. It does not have a plate to be more efficient the heater. The base is badly built because it is not even. I really do not recommend Solaris at all.
The instruction was from another heater, I only paid the product and I have not had an answer from him. Very bad service. The water comes out of the tubes and when I write in the WhatsApp in which I communicate, I have no answer. They sold me a heater like new and on one side says Outlet. They know where to contact me, but they only respond without solving so that more buyers fall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado amigos yo me compré un calentador solar Solaris y estuve casi un año bien con el, calentaba bien, pero casi al año se pico , es mentira que los Solaris es mejor eso es mentira y difaman de otra empresa que es mala como frecoon y mi hermano tiene esa marca y no a fallado , es puro marquetin que el Solaris es el mejor y eso es mentira es basura porque me costó 9200 sin instalación, y es una mala inversión es mejor el gas no te gastas 9200 en menos de un año
