C	Coco Bandicoot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable. Buenos calentadores, pésimo servicio. Para la instalación, mandaron a 2 técnicos PÉSIMOS. Dijeron que se tardarían 4 horas en instalarlo y se tardaron 8 1/2 horas (lo que nos dejó sin agua todo ese tiempo). Además, perforaron por error la tubería del agua (no nos lo comentaron, nos dimos cuenta más tarde) y dejaron fuga en el calentador (perdieron un empaque). Cuando se les comentó, admitieron que no eran sus técnicos de confianza, pero que ellos se harían cargo "las reparaciones corren por nuestra cuenta". Tardaron 2 días más en enviar a otro técnico a reparar los imperfectos, pero como no podíamos quedarnos sin agua tanto tiempo, se llamó a un plomero externo para reparar la perforación de la tubería. En ningún momento nos comentaron que NO CUBRIRÍAN EL GASTO si se arreglaba externamente. Al día siguiente de que repararon la fuga del calentador, nos dimos cuenta de que un tubo estaba roto (muy probablemente lo rompieron los primeros técnicos). Llamamos y nos dijeron que LA GARANTÍA NO INCLUYE LOS TUBOS. Nothing recommended. Good heaters, lousy service. For the installation, they sent 2 LOUD technicians. They said it would take 4 hours to install and it took 8 1/2 hours (which left us without water that long). In addition, they accidentally punctured the water pipe (they didn't tell us about it, we found out later) and left a leak in the heater (they lost a gasket). When told, they admitted that they were not their trusted technicians, but that they would take care of "repairs are on us." It took another 2 days to send another technician to fix the blemishes, but since we couldn't stay without water that long, an outside plumber was called in to fix the hole in the pipe. At no time did they tell us that they WOULD NOT COVER THE EXPENSE if it was fixed externally. The day after the heater leak was fixed, we realized a tube was broken (most likely broken by the first techs). We called and were told that THE WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TUBES.
