En una ocasión realice un pedido y ya que realice el pago me realizaron la factura sin coincidir mi pedido con la factura ni con el monto transferido perdí 2.5 hrs a la espera que lo resolvieran.
Realice otro pedido y por cuestiones del COVID-19 no pude recogerlo a tiempo inmediato, sino después de 15 días para cuando fui por el pedido todo marchaba bien para cuando me mandan a almacén ya con la factura todo listo para recoger y almacén me dice que no tiene ya mi pedido está agotado asta ahorita llevo 1.5hrs esperando solución.
Cada vez que vengo se pulen en entretenerme lo mejor será ver otras opciones de provedores.
