Incredible customer service attention, I have been with the panels for 8 months, I was not very convinced at the beginning but my husband explained to me we took the risk and at the time that we took it has definitely been a saving on the receipt of Luz.

If you haven't yet gone solar you are wasting time! I had other options but I chose this company because it has been here for years , and I want someone to be around for warranties in the future.

From the day it was installed (very fast and effective installation) and today we add no issue at all and the cost of electricity went down to approx. 100 pesos every 2 months ! We plan a preventive maintenance visit once a year with them to make sure everything is still in order on the roof. I highly recommend their products/service

Their costs were well within the norm, much of the merchandise is in stock, and personnel have responded to my needs and questions in a reasonable amount of time. I also purchased, through them, lithium-ion batteries. Also very reasonably priced, which not all others installers were able to supply. Overall, I have been very happy with the people and the service and recommend them for your solar needs.
D	Dan Keller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luis the owner sold me 6 outback batteries as new in 325 USD EACH , only now I realized that it’s 3 years old , maybe even used , he deliver it to me dry with no liquid , 2 out of the 6 not useable, and the other 4 are connected but with no full capacity of charging. Also there is no warranty if the batteries are not new . never admit that he was getting rid of use batteries that he had in stock , Trying to put it on me as I was looking to buy used batteries in good price , Sure saving 100 USD per battery to have it with our warranty- definitely it’s not what I was buying . They don’t take any responsibility not answering my calles , Defiantly be carful from this company

They just keep promising and to resolve simpliest question you have to spend months calling, reminding... I had few little issues(not warranty cases, but paid services or according to the contract) during this year with batteries and it was always the same. I am very sad writing this, maybe it's only my experience, but keep in mind:)
