No se que gestionaron, en CFE ya hable y no tienen ninguna solicitud le pregunte a su personal y no sabian de algun numero de seguimiento ni nada, ayer y hoy me comunique con su personal y me volvieron a pedir la informacion para solicitar el cambio en CFE así que no se cual tramite hicieron y ya tienen 1 mes y medio, seria bueno que revisaran los tramites que supuestamente realizan Excellent service until you pay, then they forget about one and you have to be herding them to install you and to see if they change the meter if they don't do anything. I don't know what they managed, I already talked to CFE and they don't have any request I asked their staff and they didn't know of any tracking number or anything, yesterday and today I contacted their staff and they asked me again for the information to request the change in CFE so I don't know what procedure they did and they already have a month and a half, it would be good if they reviewed the procedures that they supposedly carry out

Very good treatment and compliance. Customer customer service is great. Installation was on schedule and everything works as promised.
C	Claudia Grageda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor ya casi 2 meses y solo me han instalado los paneles los cuales están de adorno por que no han cambiado el medidor y cuando pregunto a la CFE no hay ninguna solicitud de cambio, a esta gente no le importa el cliente después de que recibe su pago no hacen nada mejor fui a solicitar yo el cambio. No los recomiendo a menos que te guste estar batallando para que la gente haga su trabajo The worst is almost 2 months and they have only installed the panels which are for decoration because they have not changed the meter and when I ask the CFE there is no change request, these people do not care about the client after receives his payment they do not do anything better I went to request the change. I don't recommend them unless you like to be struggling to get people to do their job

Hubò demoras para tener medidor bidireccional instalado pero me tocó atestiguar que mucho del motivo es por la burocracia y falta de actitud de servicio por parte de CFE.. Fuera de esto, estamos muy satisfechos con sistema de paneles instalado. Está funcionando muy bien y hasta nos sirvió para corregir detalles en nuestra instalación eléctrica.,.. En hora buena. There were delays to have a bidirectional meter installed but I had to testify that much of the reason is because of bureaucracy and lack of service attitude on the part of CFE. Other than this, we are very satisfied with the installed panel system. It is working very well and it even helped us to correct details in our electrical installation. Congratulations. Thank you!!
