★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio deja mucho que desear, fui por una toma de sangre, nunca se colocaron unos nuevos guantes para atenderme, ( con esos guantes manipulaba todo), estaba sorprendida de esa situacion.
The service leaves much to be desired, I went for a blood test, they never put on new gloves to attend to me, (with those gloves I handled everything), I was surprised by that situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio muy lento, venimos por unos estudios para mi madre de parte del imss y el tiempo de espera fue casi de una hora cuando claramente se veía que no había mucha gente en espera.
The service was very slow, we came for some studies for my mother from the imss and the waiting time was almost an hour when it was clear that there were not many people waiting.

Han pasado 7 días para que me den usos simples resultados de glucosa; además, se supone que ellos iban a enviar mis resultados a la clínica del IMSS y no han llegado en la fecha acordada. Recomiendo mejor LIB laboratorios, especialmente para la toma de análisis como PCR-COVID
The prices are very high for the true quality they handle. It's been 7 days for me to get simple glucose results; In addition, they were supposed to send my results to the IMSS clinic and they have not arrived on the agreed date. I recommend better LIB laboratories, especially for taking analyzes such as PCR-COVID
